Look No Further for Pet Care
Donna has been taking care of different pets in our family for over 15 years, ranging from a pot belly pig, two goats, snakes, a grey parrot and now our Arabian horse, two Pugs, and our parrot "Pepe." I know our animals are in good hands, and that peace of mind is so important when we leave on vacation. Donna stays at our home, which is essential for our pets comfort, and the security of our home. This is very important to us, being public safety employees. I feel her services are very economical compared to boarding such a variety of pets. I can see how happy our pets are, when we return from our trips and even when she just visits. Since our home burnt down in the 2003 Cedar Fire and was rebuilt, a fire evacuation plan is paramount to our family.
I feel confident when I leave my show horse in Donna's care, should she have to drive
him out in the horse trailer, or transport our pets to shelter. On January 23, 2010 we
were stranded in Big Bear City, after our rear axle on our vehicle was damaged in the deep snow. That night I called Donna and she responded to our home that evening, and again in the morning, to feed all of our pets. She is a lifesaver and my best friend!

I started Donna's Creature Comfort about 8 years ago after being told by a close friend that I do such a wonderful job taking care of her animals. It occurred to me that there are many others who could benefit from my professionalism and love toward animals. I really do take care of my clients pets like they're my own. That means staying at your home so your pets will be able to stay in their own home while you are away. No kennels or camps! They will be more relaxed in their own environment. I currently work at First Class Travel in Clairemont 5 days a week and bring my doggy clients to the office with me! They make wonderful office ambassadors and are happy to greet clients! Roscoe's Buddy
Donna has taken care of our dog, Roscoe, for several years and is one of Roscoe's favorite human buddies. Donna stays at our house, which is extremely important to us for Roscoe's happiness while we're away. Donna is more than willing to take Roscoe to the park or to his doggie day camp sessions. As Roscoe is a very active border collie / lab mix, this is a huge benefit. A tired dog is a good dog! The two of them have a great time whatever they are doing, whether it be out for a walk or at the park or relaxing on the couch at home. We highly recommend Donna's Creature Comfort to everyone!
